We have two ways you can be given digital currency to use at Park Candy.
How to Use Gift Cards
We sometimes issue a gift card, which is applied like a discount code. This method cannot be combined with other discounts. If you have received a gift card, an email will go out to your email on file with Park Candy.
You will then be given a 16-digit gift card code to enter at check out. You will enter this just like any other discount code.
How to Use Store Credits
Store credits are new for 2024 applied directly to your account. You can check your store credit balance by logging into your account by clicking the on the top right corner of the Park Candy website.
After you log in, you will be able to see all of your orders. Click on your initials on the top right of the page to view your store credit balance.
If there's nothing there and you know that your account should have been issued store credit. Send a screen shot of your customer account page to our customer service team.
Applying a Store Credit to your Order
Once you're ready to check out, you can use the store credit by clicking on the "Payment Method" drop down and "+Add Store Credit".
You should then see the store credit applied to your order at checkout.
