At Park Candy, we're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Whether it's a bad fit, damages, or any other reason, we're here to help with returns or exchanges.
Our requirements
Time frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days following delivery. Returns postmarked outside this window may be denied. We cannot process a refund on items that have shipped without processing a return for the item.
Condition: Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Failure to comply may result in your return items being sent back to you.
Quality: Returns with signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or stains may be denied and returned to you at additional shipping costs.
Accessories: Handbags and purses must include their original dust bag and tags.
Liability: We're not responsible for lost mail. We recommend filing a claim with the postal service for lost packages.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Park Candy reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders work a little differently from regular purchases. Here's the deal:
Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, all pre-order sales are final.
Address changes: As long as your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the shipping address. Email us as soon as you know β once your tracking email goes out, we can't redirect the package.
Swaps and exchanges: Want a different size or colorway before your pre-order ships? Just let us know, and we'll swap it out as long as the new item is still available.
Once your pre-order ships, the standard 30-day return policy above applies.
To make any changes to a pre-order, email [email protected] with your name, order number, the email used at checkout, and what you'd like to change.
Refunds and store credits
Does a return cost money? Returns for a full refund back to the original payment method are subject to a $3.00 handling fee. For those preferring to avoid this fee, we offer return for store credit or you can process an exchange. Shipping a return is free in all cases.
How long will I need to wait for my refund? Refunds for canceled orders start immediately upon cancellation. Refunds for returns are processed once items are received and all conditions for our return requirements are met.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7β10 business days to appear on your card. Shop Pay and all other payment installment refunds can take up to 30 days. PayPal Express Checkout refunds can take up to 90 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as online credit. Refunds cannot be redirected to alternate cards or payment forms. If your card is no longer eligible or accessible, please contact your bank for payment forwarding information.
