Making a Return/Exchange outside of the Continental United States and Internationally
Customers living outside of the continental United States are not eligible to use our return and exchange system. This includes folks that live outside of mainland U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska and international orders.
The reason really comes down to shipping fees. Because of the very high cost, shipping times, and wavering shipping fees, we are wiling to let you keep the item and use a store credit for the cost of the item to purchase another one. This saves us both time and money!
