How do I process a return or exchange?

Park Candy allows an exchange for pretty much any reason from bad fit to damaged goods.

Please follow the steps below to initiate your exchange and get the product you've been looking for. Please note that your return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and exchanges are only permissible for customers within the continental United States.

Step 1  - Visit the Returns Portal

Our Park Candy Returns Portal make it easier to process a return and exchange all on your own! It helps us get to your return/exchange faster and makes the process much smoother.

Please keep our return policy in mind before submitting your return so that you're up to date on our rules and regulations.


Step 2 - Ship out your return

Once everything is submitted, you will be sent a complementary shipping label from our customer service team with some instructions on how to ship your item back to us. 

You will have only have 10 days to get this package to a carrier before your exchange is denied!

Remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your Park Candy return label and attach to your package.  

Drop it off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label (most likely USPS). To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.


Step 3 - Processing an exchange 

Once your items are scanned in at the post office, we will start processing your exchange order.
